As a health & wellbeing enthusiast and avid believer in ‘the more we move, the better we feel’ I decided to hang up my ‘city slicks’ and embrace the world of lycra. My objective, to create greater physical and mental wellbeing in the lives of my clients and to inspire all to keep on moving!
I’m a REPS registered level 3 personal trainer of 7 years and have since added to my qualifications with; Nutrition & Weight management, Boxercise Instructor & Spinning Instructor. My journey continues with further studies in Nutrition Therapy and 3rd Age Women. More personally, I am a keen triathlete, runner and love cycling in the great outdoors on and off road.
