Looking to find consistency in your routine? Want to see progression in your Gravity practice? Then this is the option for you.

By booking in for a 6 week Gravity course and making the weekly commitment to attend, you will hit the ground running with a consistent small group training experience. Book a block in advance and guarantee your space for 6 weeks, track your progress throughout the course and get back in to a routine of fitness!

Please note: This course can only be booked in advance and is non-refundable. If you currently have Gravity credits you wish to use for the course, we would be happy to discuss exchanging credits for a place. To do this, please call or email the team.

  • It will start at 6:30pm and finish at approximately 7:10pm.
  • Your teacher is Helen Moseley.
  • It is priced at £120 per person (or £90 for members of New Energy Fitness).
