Kettlebell Bootcamp

What is it?
A high intensity Interval Training Workout using kettlebells of varying weights within a circuit-style format.

What can I expect?
A warm up with mobility drills followed by kettlebell specific movements e.g goblet squats, Kettlebell Halo’s, Kettlebell Arm Bars and Beast Crawling.

What are the benefits of the class?
An increase in Strength, Power and Speed while creating a huge boost to Metabolic Rate for hours after the session has finished.

How hard will it be?
This is a class where some experience is needed and you come wanting to be challenged.
