Grab yourself one of our Fitball and some weights! The teacher will guide you through a series of exercise that will challenge and tone your core muscles, increase stability, range of movement and balance. With upbeat and motivating music, this class provides you with a great feel good vibe.

This class is mixed ability and great for beginners to exercise.
